From Abriès, this mountain bike loop climbs towards Le Châtelard, passes through the hamlet of Le Tirail, then joins the GR 58 to return to the village. The start is near the bridge over the torrent du Bouchet. Follow the official mountain bike route, which is separate from the walking variant.
