At Les Halles d’Avignon, Centr’Halles classes combine a market visit, tastings, cooking and then lunch. Shared classes run Tuesday to Friday; weekends are reserved for private classes. Booking with the chef is required.

Opening times
Shared classes by reservation Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 am–2:15 pm. Weekends: private classes only, 9 am–2:30 pm, for at least eight participants or an equivalent charge. Do not confuse restaurant hours with class times.
Prices
Classes: €120 per person. Weekday group rate of €110 per person for 9 or more participants. Weekends: minimum 8 participants or equivalent cost, with no group rate. Meal, wines, water and coffee included.
Access and precautions
At the end of the central aisle in Les Halles, behind the Panissain bakery. Booking required and availability to be confirmed. Weekend classes are private only; the cooking demonstration is a separate format.
Duration
Around 4 hours 45 minutes on weekdays; around 5 hours 30 minutes at weekends.
