Guided tour of the moulin Louis Ricard
On esplanade Frédéric-Mistral in Allauch, the moulin Louis Ricard features a mechanism restored in 2013 that can grind wheat. Visits take place on Sundays. The sails only turn when there is enough wind. Groups of at least fifteen people can also book a weekday visit through the Maison du Tourisme.
