During short school holidays: Monday to Saturday at 10:30am and 2:30pm. 6 July to 30 August: Monday to Saturday, tours every 30 minutes from 9:30am to noon and 2pm to 6pm. Museum: Monday to Saturday, 9:30am–noon and 2pm–6:30pm from April to September; closes at 5:30pm from October to March. Exceptionally open on Ascension Thursday, 14 July, 15 August and Heritage Days; closed on other public holidays.

- Soap factory tour free for individual visitors; groups of up to 25 people: €25, by appointment. Museum: free self-guided visit; guided tour: €15 per group of 25 people.
