Musée national Marc Chagall

The musée national Marc Chagall brings together a collection centred on the Message Biblique and devoted to the painter’s world. Large compositions inspired by Genesis, Exodus and the Song of Songs invite visitors to explore colours, figures and stories. Other works and exhibitions extend the experience. Some rooms are temporarily closed from 24 September to 10 October 2026: check which parts of the visitor route are open before travelling.

Opening times
Daily except Tuesday: 10 am to 1 pm and 2:30 pm to 6 pm from May to October; until 5 pm from November to April, except March, when closing is at 4:30 pm. Ticket office closes 30 minutes before closing time. Closed on 25 December 2026.
Prices
Published full price until 31 October 2026: €10 when no exhibition is running or €12 during exhibitions. Free for under-18s and on the first Sunday of the month.
