Avignon city walls

Walk along the ramparts to see the towers and gates surrounding Avignon’s historic centre. These 14th-century walls still help you understand the city’s layout. The official source also indicates access to a section of the walls from the entrance to pont Saint-Bénézet, towards Rocher des Doms. The marked location corresponds to this access area.
